  Great place to make a copy and send faxes. Go there all the time. The owner is friendly and appreciates your business. He had trouble with an employee but that is behind him now. Great place to get stamps and mails packages. I recommend going here - quick and easy. Glad we have a store like this in Plainwell.

  The staff I talked with was friendly and tried to be helpful. My rating reflects what I consider to be crappy customer service, which seems to be the norm these days. A wine shipment was sent here (FedEx), since being home to sign for the package is not easily accomplished. I did this the last two years. Instead of accepting the package and contacting me, it was 'refused' and returned to the winery. I got the explanation about regulations, blah, blah, blah. Those may be legitimate, but when I get an email that says my package was successfully delivered and signed for, make the 20 minute trip to the store and then find out what happened, no, I'm not happy. And, what would the actual rating for this business be if every reply by the staff/owners wasn't done by giving themselves 5 stars as a way to post it? I'm simply fed up with bad customer service everywhere you turn. And, yes, I make it a point to send an email and post publically when service is good. Wish I could've done that here.

  Very kind and friendly local service. I got what I needed in a fast and timely manner. Very happy with my service and will return again!
